It's always nice to return to the Rez. My arrival was May 11, 2019

After a long drive and settling in at the room, I couldn't wait to get on the beach.

There's something hypnotic in listening to the waves while viewing and straight grey horizon.

A safe haven on the wild coast.

After breakfast I took a nice long walk along the coast, being kept company by the seagulls, shells and rocks.

I came to La Push with the purpose of paying respects to my ancestors. But also to say good bye to this beach, before I moved out of state.

This is such a unique place, an artists' dream if one studies the nuances of texture, color and spatial relationships.

I've always enjoyed touching the flat round rocks of La Push, warmed by the sun, laying in the sand.
