August 27, 2011 I rented for the night. Most rentals are handled by one office a few blocks away. My room was outdated and not the most comfy this time.

It's fun to watch these blowing around in the sky. I'm guessing the local avian life know how to avoid them!

Life gives me pieces of candy experiences. One of them is the feeling of cool water and squishy sand beneath my feet.

It seems everyone's problems melt away at the beach, even if it's just for a while.

Ah, the simple life of a seagull. Eat, sleep, procreate, fly.

I appreciate the varying textures in even the simplest of scenes. Smooth sky, scratchy grass and crumbly sand all seem to belong to eachother.

Here's where (mostly) boys and men like to conquer the boulders to see how far into the crest they can get.

I opened the back of my Honda Element, laid against a pillow, got out my snacks and a book and enjoyed the freedom.
