Onyx Gallery has moved within the Pacific Place Mall, operating part time within the limits necessary due to the Corona Virus Pandemic. Meanwhile, here in Mesa, AZ, I've done some sketching but haven't painted yet. Time flies when moving your whole life state to state. I have several blank canvases and ideas as jumping points to resume painting. My priority after completing some home projects, is to finish writing / editing "Climbing Through Windows". Progress on everything will be posted.

Contribution of previous work "CC36" and a new piece "Privilege" (both viewable in the Gallery page) was granted to the creators of an online anti-racist 'zine called "I AM". The editors contacted me via Onyx Gallery. iamzine.com went live September 1st.
"Privilege" can be seen on the front page of iamzine and "CC36" is part of an article entitled
"The Dangers of Racial Colorblindness" written by Malika T. Benton.

Venues and new pieces have been temporarily put on hold since summer 2018 because my art supplies are packed away. I'm in the process of preparing to sell the home and move from Seattle/Renton, WA to Phoenix/Mesa, AZ in 2019. Year-round warmth, sunshine, a slower Desert Southwest lifestyle & lower cost of living in this magical terrain will inspire more peace, health and ART. Also we honor Mark Eaton (2 pals to the right) a dear Scorpio who will live on through his magnificent paintings. He and I clicked immediately and often had deep talks about Life. Mark passed on 12*23*18 and will be missed immensely. R.I.P.
